ER5000 is a PID controller that enables extremely accurate pressure regulation with fast response time. The regulator can be used independently for inert gas regulation at a maximum pressure of 0 … 6.9 barg or can also be connected to any pneumatically operated regulator. When ER5000 is combined with a Tescom regulator, gas and liquid pressures can be controlled from vacuum up to 2068 barg with a flow rate of Cv 12. The controller can be operated with any computer featuring a USB or RS485 interface. Analog signals of 4-20 mA, 1-5V, or 0-10V can also be used. Up to 32 controllers can be connected to the same RS485 network.

Pressure detection

• ER5000 controllers detect pressure using either an internal sensor or an external sensor installed in the process line.
• Feedback data can come from the internal sensor, external sensor, or both simultaneously.

Setup

• The TESCOM ERTune™ software included with the controller features an easy-to-use interface for adjusting PID values and optimizing device performance.
• The ER5000 controller is easy to install and allows reliable, flexible, and extremely accurate pressure regulation in all applications.
