Parker Pneudri MXLE Adsorption Dryers
An air-regenerated compressed air dryer offers a higher usable air capacity with low energy consumption, ideal for the food and pharmaceutical industries.
Pneudri MXLE adsorption dryers have all the advantages of air-regenerated adsorption dryers but also offer greater available air volume, lower energy costs, and reduced environmental impact.
Pneudri MXLE produces clean and dry compressed air. The dryer features both pre- and post-filtration. Thanks to its modular design, it is smaller and lighter than traditional twin-tower dryers. Dryers can be added as the compressed air system grows.
Air regeneration happens with minimal energy: up to 17% more available air compared to similar air-regenerated dryers. Energy consumption is on average 60% lower than comparable air-regenerated dryers and 39% lower than comparable heat-regenerated dryers.
The dryer is suitable for all applications and is ideal for the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries because it uses dry process air for regeneration, ensuring the desiccant remains uncontaminated.
The heatless backup system provides additional safety. If the vacuum pump fails, the dryer can operate heatlessly without interruptions.
