WS water separator efficiently, easily, and economically removes condensed water from the compressed air system.

Water in the compressed air system causes problems – pipeline corrosion, permanent damage to valves, cylinders, pneumatic tools, machines, and reduced efficiency of aftercoolers/heat exchangers. Cast aluminum water separators and OIL-X WS water separators made of carbon steel remove over 99% of water from compressed air. The use of a water separator significantly improves the efficiency of the compressed air system, reduces downtime and maintenance costs, and enhances the performance of aftercoolers, refrigerant dryers, filters, and other post-treatment equipment. The water separator is typically installed after the aftercooler or to protect pre- and fine filters from liquid water.
