Bauer B-Safe Safely Fills Compressed Air Cylinders

B-Safe 300 is an easy-to-use alternative to other compressed air cylinder filling systems and meets the legal safety requirements. The explosion-protected safety chamber made of steel protects the user from potential cylinder explosions. B-Safe can be installed either permanently in a building or as a mobile unit in a vehicle. It can also be connected to storage tanks. 

Operation of the safety cabinet

• Air is released in a controlled manner through openings in the side walls and top in the event of a cylinder explosion.
• Automatic door locking prevents filling from starting if the doors are open. Similarly, the filling chamber cannot be opened during filling.
• The doors are easy to open; the internal pressure is automatically released when the sliding doors are opened.
