Wireless Data Transmission System for Industrial Use

Banner Engineering's industrial data transfer system can be used for transferring analog and digital signals or serial communication.

Wireless data transmission can be used either for point-to-point transmission or to create a network structure.
The distance between two devices can be several hundred meters even in an industrial environment, and the network can be expanded up to 50 stations.
To facilitate commissioning and antenna placement, the device has a clear signal strength indicator.
The devices can be installed directly outdoors without separate protective enclosures as their electrical protection class is IP67 and operating temperature is -40...+80 °C.

The DX80 series is suitable for point-to-point data transmission, where the device pair can replace cabling.
The data transmission pair can be delivered ready for use, requiring only power supply and signal connections.

Transmittable signals- Digital- Analog 0...10 V / 0(4)…20 mA

The DX80 Performance series is used when signals need to be transmitted between multiple points.
The system consists of a Gateway station and up to 48 sub-stations.
The signal can also be linked from one sub-station to another.
The Gateway connection can be digital/analog signals or Modbus RTU.
A sub-station can also be battery-powered.

In addition to analog and digital signals, the MultiHop series can wirelessly transmit serial communication.
In the MultiHop series, the device is defined as either a Gateway, sub-station, or repeater.
The network consists of up to 50 stations.
