VPFlowScope M - Flow Meter for Compressed Air and Technical Gases
The VPFlowScope M flow meter measures flow, pressure, and temperature simultaneously and does not require recalibration.






VPFlowScope M is a mass flow meter specifically developed for compressed air, which simultaneously measures flow rate, gas temperature, and pressure.
Through measurement, it is possible to determine compressed air energy consumption, the efficiency of the compressed air distribution network, and savings opportunities. The flow meter does not need calibration. The device's own sensor and patented VPSensorCartridge® measurement head make calibration simple: the measurement head is replaced with a new one.
Applications for the VPFlowScope M flow meter include: compressed air analyses (e.g., compressed air leaks), compressor output measurement, cost allocation, and monitoring compressed air consumption. The meter includes a built-in Ethernet connection as standard, so the VPFlowScope M can be directly connected to the customer’s LAN network. When the meter is connected to an Ethernet or wireless network (Wi-Fi), you can access the meter's integrated web server via your tablet or smartphone. VPFlowScope M can act as a standalone access point or as a client in an existing network.
The VPFlowScope M is also available with bidirectional measurement, enabling it to be used, for example, as a basis for billing. The bidirectional meter can detect the flow direction and calculate total consumption accordingly.
