Biogas purification and upgrading plants
Biogas typically consists of 65% methane and 35% carbon dioxide. Before biogas can be used as vehicle fuel or applied to the natural gas pipework, its relative methane content must be increased. The hydrogen sulfide contained in biogas reacts with most metals and causes corrosion and damages equipment, such as gas engines, compressors, heat exchangers and pipeworks. We provide the equipment and the complete system for biogas purification and upgrading.
- Greenlane Biogas - biogas upgrading plants The Greenlane Biogas system increases the relative methane content of biogas and removes carbon dioxide.
- THIOPAQ purification system for H2S removal from biogas The THIOPAQ purification system is based on a biological process and obtains a H2S removal efficiency of exceeding 99.5%.
